我开始下在寄托天下上，但是放了一天，没有人给我建议，还是贴在bbs上吧，我的第一篇issue，大家都提意见啊
TOPIC: ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

2. 教育首先要针对绝大多数人 提高生活的能力 让大家过上幸福的生活
3.个人的兴趣需要老师的保护和引导
4.老师有限 学生的兴趣无限， 老师不能偏心
5.教育的目的是为了培养一个健全的人 而不是为了培养天才
我自己的写完以后的感想， 觉得自己偷换了概念，把满足个人的兴趣，变成了多少人和少数人的教育，完全可哟成为argument的靶子。我第一次写issue， 不知道这篇文章能否这样写，欢迎大家对下面我写的文章批评指点。

I partially support the assertion that education should be whole effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual interests and needs. In my opinion, the education could demand the need of majority in the first place. Then the teacher should cultivate the individual interest and guide the student right way.
In the beginning, the education is also rare commodity and rescource for some regions. Then the education should demand the most people and foster the basic knowledge and experience in our daily life. The teacher also could give the student a good moral and ethical example. So the majority could get a offer after graduation and have a healthy and peaceful life. There is a good case in point. Tao Xingzhi, a famous modern educationist in China, could devote all his life to the mass education. After some years, Tao succeeds and the new phenomenon appears in the country. Another good case is Saint Confucius. He also claims the civil society and the mass education. Then after thousand years, his theory also plays a vital role in Asian nation.
Furthermore, the individual interest should also be fostered and cultivate the strong merit. Everyone has their unique tallent, inspiration and imagination. Some person prefer to learn math, otherwise other students like the music, art or language. As we all know, each road leads to Rome. The nowaday community needs various successful person. A good case is Bill Gates. Gates has unique talent about the software program. In Harward, some well-known teachers guide him the technology trend and cultivate him the background of IT. Then he drops from Harward and sets up the Microsoft company. Nowadays Gates becomes famous IT CEO and the Microsoft company significantly change our daily life. In sum, the teacher also should cherish the genius and unique interest of each person.
What's more, the teacher should have no bias to treat every student. First of all, the student could possess the variety of IQ. Therefore, some person become more smarter than other students in the short time. On the contrary, the teacher couldnot have prejudice on some student that do not good at study. Because the person also has different EQ that could contribute to the success career. For instance, Thomas Edison, a famous inventor in America, could have the poor grade in the school. The teacher could unfairly treat him and never believe he could become a well-known inventor. However, through the persistent struggle and the strong focus, he also could patent more than 1,000 inventions, including the electric light, the phonograph, and the motion-picture camera. The new commodity changes the work and leisure habits of people throughout the world.
Last but not least, the aim of education is to cultivate the qualified citezen, instead of the genius. The survey, investigated by the American Academy of Social Science, shows that 95.85% genius and top 10% IQ person, couldnot enjoy the daily happy life. And among the smarter group, the percentage of scientist, artist and successful entrepreneur also could be less than the compared normal group. The same poll and similar consequent also consist in most countries from various culture and race. Finally the popular education should cultivate the qualified civil person and serve the harmony and peaceful community.
In sum, the educationist and concerned authority should balance the mass education and elite education. In the first place, the socity could satisfy the mass. Nevertheless, regardless of the popular education and elite education, the healthy and qualified person is always our fundamental goal.
