2. Mechanical Engineer Full time/Internship
Job description：
Development of pumps and components to re-engineering of existing products, and as such there will be good opportunities to gain new knowledge both within the mechanical area as well as how to work in global projects. Develop mechanical solutions within cast iron, stainless steel and plastic materials. Besides the mechanical construction, you will be working with suppliers for the development of tooling and manufacturing.
Required qualifications:
Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Design or similar. Well grounded in industrial design, have construction experience and preferably you have knowledge within casting and machining. Adapt to new systems (Catia, SAP etc.). Experience in co-operate with casting companies and suppliers on technical tasks. Proficient user of 2D/3D CAD systems – preferably Catia
3. Motor Research Engineer Full time/Internship
Job description：
Numerical analysis of electrical machines using 2D and 3D Finite Element Analysis software; Support to the Motor R&D Team in Denmark; Build-up knowledge on insulation materials and systems for motors; Development of motors in product development projects; Prototyping and testing of motors; Cooperation in Global R&D projects;
Required qualifications:
Strong theoretical background in electrical machines (induction & PM motors); Experience with 2D and 3D electromagnetic Finite Element Analysis; Familiarity with properties of magnetic materials; Solid knowledge of electrical drives for motors; Practical experience with prototyping and test of motors; Practical experience with insulation systems for motors
4. Fluid Development Engineer (CFD) Full time/Internship
Job description：
Working with Pump design, CFD calculations for analyses, Construction of prototypes and Comparison with tests; All construction work is done as 3D-modelling in Catia V5. Work with parametric description of the geometry, and CAD is very closely linked to the other development tools. We use a lot of different tools from commercial CFD programmes to self-developed Matlab codes. The position offers good development and promotion possibilities and for the right person a Management position within 1-2 years.
Required qualifications:
Your education is or Master or Ph.D Engineering with specialty in fluid mechanics and a good knowledge of CFD. You have insight in pumps as well as knowledge of measuring technique, fluid mechanics and construction.
5. Hardware Engineer Full time/Internship
Job description：
Studying, designing, and testing new controllers, mainly motor drives and interfaces for pump systems. Dealing with the topology selection and designing. Analyze including hands-on testing and simulation of the designed power electronic system and controller. Cooperation with the project team engineers, who are also working in other areas like motor control, motor design, mechanical and thermal design, and fluid dynamic design.
Required qualifications:
Theoretical and practical experience in power electronics research and engineering; Experience with common electronics simulation tools, such as Saber (MAST language), PSPICE, or Matlab/Simulink; Experience with properties and practical applications of power electronic devices like IGBTs, PowerMosfets, Triacs, gate drives etc. Experience with EMC.
6. Software Engineer Full time/Internship
Job description：
As software development engineer you will take a part in the development of innovative software solutions for future Grundfos products. Be responsible for the development of software for our future pumps and pump systems.
Required qualifications:
Experience with robust C for embedded systems; Experience with 8bit and 32bit micro controllers; Knowledge of development methods; Knowledge of software test techniques; Interest in working with software development process improvement.
