We will only accept files in Adobe PDF. We recommend that you use the IEEE transactions format. You can download them from the official IEEE website. For further information and enquiry please contact us via 2008dkm@gmail.com, or ylwang@sjtu.edu.cn All the papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society (EI, ISTP, and INSPEC indexed). Selected best papers will be published in some international journal special issues.
