Program description:
The program will last for 4 weeks in July or August.
The Summer Intern will work as a fully integrated member of a project team, alongside other Roland Berger consultants.
For the duration of the assignment, Summer Intern will have a designated mentor who will be available to give both professional and personal advice.
Each Summer Intern will be evaluated at the end of the program and this will be important reference for a full-time offer decisions during our recruiting season.
Requirements:
Major in Automobile;
Strong logic thinking and quantitative analysis ability;
Strong communication skill, Mandarin and English (spoken and written);
Team player;
Ability to work under pressure.

男人可以分成几个年龄段，0～18，18～30，30～60，60～xxx，每个年龄段分别有xx人口
根据个人经验，推测各个年龄段吸烟人口的比例，比如18岁以下吸烟人口的比例可能是<1%
如此下来，只要一张纸一支笔就可以计算出结果了。一定要有数字出来，因为要有quantitative ability
当然，还可以继续计算中国每年消费多少支香烟
。。。
当然，问题可能更复杂一点，比如，中国香烟行业每年的销售额有多少（这个还可能与进出口有关）
这个的分析过程中有很多基本事实即数字，比如13亿人口，年龄分布的大致曲线等；还有很多假设，即18岁以下吸烟人口比例1%一下
数字是常识，假设合理即可

经常有人说，你可以教一个工科的人学习英语，学习财务，学习管理，但你不可能去教一个学外语的人去看图纸，了解汽车构造，这也就是为什么咨询公司会招工科背景的学生，毕竟他们面对的很多都是行业里的客户
当然还有一点就是common sense，比如上海人口数量，国内当前油价等，作为一个汽车学院的学生，还要大致知道国内整车厂的基本情况，大致的汽车销量，诸如此类
